а нарушения целостности я как понял тоже и в оригинале... когда ставил чистую не чего не удалял то целостность тоже была нарушена.
Да. В оригинале тоже уже с мая прошлого года. Но, я отсюда скачал https://uupdump.net, тут целостность норм, а после чистки нарушается, но без чистки весит много.

потому что обычная Win 11 это десятка с элементами интерфейса инсайдерских 21*** и чисто ядром 10, а Win 11 DEV это настоящая будущая 11 (а может быть 12...) с которой автор Toolki не может справится.
Как я понял сборки LTSC 2021 от westlife не будет, пришлось пилить самому. MSMG ToolKit v12.0 справился на отлично! Убрал Защитник и ещё много чего по мелочи:
Зато от westlife есть замечательный скрипт AutoSettingsPS v.0.4.8, с ним проблем нет никаких.

Она значит не поддерживается. В папке с программой в Changelog можно посмотреть какие билды поддерживаются. Иногда видел, что Dev есть поддержка.
В связи с введением в действие Постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 14.11.2023 № 1905 т.н. "о запрете популяризации VPN" с 1 марта 2024 года - любое обсуждение способов обхода блокировок и VPN на портале запрещено!
